2 years agoI visited a friend in the hospital wing, he had soiled himself when I got there...he wasn't able to ring his bell on the wall, so I did for him. He waited approximately 40 minutes before a carer arrived, she said she would come back soon. I had to leave after another 10 minutes, as I had to be somewhere else. I really hope my friend got seen to not long after I left. I realise there might have been staff storage, or busy staff... but sitting in a soiled underwear for a while is mighty uncomfortable. I hope they can get this rectified soon.

5 years agoI visited here over the weekend and asked the receptionist to help me find a resident, she vaguely gestured to a lift and told me someone on level 2 would know.... I duly went up to L2 and again was greeted with vague and disinterested instructions which lead me down a labyrinth to nowhere! Either invest in some signs or educate your staff on customer service.
