a year ago. With a wide range of second hand goods, it's a must if you're looking for cheap deal. Friendly and helpful staff. Their items are presented well and are easy to peruse. Worth a visit if you're in Hamilton East. Lots of parking space available.

a year agoAll the clothes are in good condition, no rips or marks, and they have more clothes from high end fancy brands (not just cheap stuff from Mirrou and Shein). They have a sales rack which changes weekly, with good deals there that are cheap for people, families, and kids. There's a good size men's clothing section and a plus size clothing area too. It's very clean and organised for an op shop. The displays in the window look nice and are always different when I visit. Their stock is slightly higher quality and better condition than the two other op shops I visited in Hamilton East (SPCA and Red Cross). The staff here are more nice than the city centre Family Store. Really lovely and kind staff who are helpful when I asked questions. Each time I go in, the staff are talking to customers in a friendly way and it sounds like they know lots of people in their community. Price is about mid point for an op shop, not super expensive, not always very cheap. The kids' clothes I think are the most cheap, which is great. The homeware is very cheap, especially to buy for a flat, like the cups and plates are a dollar each. The sheets I bought for my house were great condition and smelled clean. I've donated my stuff there too and it's nice to know it's going to a good cause

4 years agoThis is a great op shop but the manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Twice I have been in with my kids and twice she has been so rude to us that we left, both times with my son in tears. The first time she called him a ‘naughty little girl’ for sitting on a ride on toy in store, she snatched it from under him, he’s two. The second time was today where she did the same thing by snatching a toy out of his hands he was looking at. I’m not sure how you are meant to buy something if you are not able to look at it. Like why is this woman in customer service? Does she get a kick out of making toddlers cry? The first time I said I wanted to make a complaint and was told too bad because she was the manager, it looks like the other staff members are afraid of her, and I don’t blame them. Just so so rude!
