a year agoWorst customer experience of my life. I went shopping with my 2 daughters aged 4 & 7. They were enjoying looking around when my 4 year old walked into an open area. A woman with glasses yelled at us “get out of here it’s private” I said that we were sorry and unaware we shouldn’t have been there. “Are you too stupid to read the sign?” was her response. There was a gate to cut off this area that was open, so it was impossible to see a sign. I said my 4 year old daughter couldn’t see the sign as the gate was open, but the attitude was very sad and unnecessary. 2 minutes later I overheard the same woman telling a blonde staff member I was an idiot. Horrific customer service and I would never recommend this store again. Dirty, dusty and horrendous people.
