3 years agoSpent 15min browsing before closing, got to the counter and they told me I couldnt pay with cash...so I told them I would just grab my card right outside, and they just locked the door behind me and laughed. No wonder why such a low score. Rude staff have got to go!

11 months agoMe and my mother took 2 steps in, and a white woman told us really rudely to put our bags on the counter because apparently our bags were 'too big' when I looked at the other customers who had the same size bags we had. This leads me to think that we were targeted because we are Asians. We asked why we had to when the others didn't have to. Funny to think that she assumed we'd want to steal from a second hand store which didn't have nice clothes in the first place. If we were there to steal, the only things that are able to fit in our bags are bras and undies. Anyhow, I hope that she won't do this to others. What terrible staff. If I could rate this store a zero I would without hesitation.

2 years agoExtremely overpriced for pre-loved clothing and items, and you aren't allowed to purchase anything shown in the windows unless it's a Friday. They also don't accept cash, for reasons I'm unsure of, which is super inconvenient. I saw a necklace made with plastic gemstones selling for over 15 dollars, when it'd likely be less than 2 bucks in any other op shop. Not likely to return.
