a month agoToday me and my husband visited there, at 2.30 pm(4/7/25), by mistakely a show piece ( not a piece for sale ,because the price tag or no labelling of money was not there ) fallen from the top of the wardrobe when I turned ,then the lady in charge of the shop behaved very arrogantly and she said me to pay $59 without any respect.Then I requested her to please understand my situation and she wasn't listening me and took her lunch, I felt very much disrespect and awful .then she told me to pay $50 , then we paid that money and we put back that showpiece to her. I had a bad experience with the customer service, am not sure is it because m an overseas and not having white skin. It's not a good manner.

4 years agoGreat shop, lovely staff. Was the best place on the coast when I needed a cost effective new wardrobe for a new job. Great quality and to top it off a percentage from every sale goes to Women's refuge.
