They are easy to contact and always return calls or emails promptly. The companionship carers who have visited mum are of a very high standard. 5 months agoSeniors Helping Seniors have been a blessing to my mom as well as my sister and I as we live overseas. SHS provided companion care as well as general daily help such as cooking meals, managing the yard and flowers, helping with pharmacies, taker her to the local surgery center and so forth. When mom's cancer started to accelerate, we requested almost 24 hour care. As it was almost last minute, SHS marvelously were able to get current carers to extend their hours as well as bring on wonderful new ones. The level of care and concern of the carers for my mom till she passed was exemplary and won't be forgotten; some even attended the service.

5 months agoPersonal, reliable experienced carers. Worked brilliantly with us as a family to work out what help mum needed at different stages of her recovery after surgery. Professional but also warm and friendly- feels more like a friend coming to help you than an impersonal ‘worker’.

6 years agoNow would seem to be a good time to say thank-you, Christian, to you and your people for all that you've done for us this year. When, in March, my mother finally conceded that her advancing Alzheimer's had finally became too much for her to continue with any real independence, my hope was that we could give her one more summer at home in her beloved garden, in her beloved village. Whilst there have been many anxious moments along the way we have together managed to achieve that, and we absolutely could not have done it without you all.
