6 months agoMe and my mum came in with 3 kittens that had shown up at my parents dairy shed, receptionist was lovely but had to get the person in charge of the cats to come talk to us, was so rude, couldn’t even say hello to our faces just grabbed the kittens and took them to check them over then handed them back to us and said ‘they don’t fit the criteria’ but couldn’t make eye contact with us or offer us much help. Receptionist gave us a list of rescues to contact but all are full unfortunately. Very disappointed with how we were treated and the unprofessionalism.
