Very poor customer service skills & not helpful at all. Would not recommend shopping here. I visited the store because my son had lost his sports club jacket & a friend had told me they saw it in this shop. After I explained the situation, the shop staff said the ‘jacket would of gone by now’ (even though my friend had sent a photo to prove otherwise). Once I had found it, I asked if I could have it for a discounted price as it was my son’s jacket (our surname & my phone number still on the tag to prove it was indeed our property). The reply: shove the jacket across the counter with a ‘here, take it’. The SPCA is a cause I fully support & would of gladly given a donation to; but with the attitude of that particular staff member, no way.

Went to return a jigsaw puzzle I bought for my grandson as it was not the one pictured on box. Staff member told me they do not do refunds and I should have checked puzzle before leaving which would mean I had to complete puzzle in shop. Eventually staff member angrily refunded my money from her own purse. Very disappointed by customer service. .

Lovely little shop, always has good trinkets, little expensive sometimes but worth it. I’ve found some great stuff! Nice staff too.

These guys didn’t get the memo that around here the op shops seem way cheaper than the rest of the country

Refused to take functional items and things that were in great condition because they wouldn't sell. I didn't want to sell them, I wanted to donate them to poor people. They don't care about poverty, they only care about making money.
