2 months agoHad a very rude older lady wrongly accuse my grandson of shoplifting !! He is 12 years old and probably looked bored waiting for me _ she went on to tell me all the ngati tribes she could come up with that she belonged to after I accused her of being racist _ absolutely no need for such a bitter old lady to mouth off like this !!! You know who you are !!!!!

2 years agoAlthough the shop is kept very nice and clean and the staff are so friendly, well we're last time I was in which was a little while ago, I find that you are trying to get blood out of a stone with your way over priced items. Crikey you get the stuff donated. I have found items, brand new, at Warehouse and K Mart cheaper than here. Sorry, cheaper you go, more you sell, more turn over

5 years agoBright coloured premises well sign-written. The clearly signposted dropoff zone ensures the outlet shop is pristine and smartly laid out. Whether looking for clothing, crockery, furniture, books or other preused/preloved products - you just might find it in this well set out facility. Pleasant, courteous team members quietly cleaning, setting up incoming stock as potential purchasers peruse, and satisfy their curiosity. Friendly, chatty cashiering team members too.

6 years agoI really liked this store. Heaps of people there shopping which is good :) they didn't have what I needed but I found something that would work for cheaper. I like that it's a small store with few things. Doesn't take long to look around and I love that my money goes towards to SPCA !

3 years agoUsed to be great, shoped there for years. But now prices have gone up hugely, and the shop is almost bare. Cheaper to shop at kmart. What a shame for spca animals, sadly i won't be making my contrition in this way.
