Springlands Lifestyle Village

Residents love living here, with a nicely planned village layout, modern villas, central community rooms, and on site hospital care if needed. The maintenance and grounds staff are helpful and efficient, and the village is beautifully presented. The added convenience of a supermarket, pharnacy, and medical practice within 200m allows residents without cars to maintain their independence. There is a regular programme of activities and outings offered for participation, and I sense a genuine interest in the well-being and satisfaction of residents, from management staff. New residents such as my mother and her neighbour, have been warmly welcomed by all. I think it's been a great move for her.

It has now been a little over 5 years since I moved into Springlands Lifestyle Village and have never once regretted the decision. I was fortunate enough to see my villa built from new and therefore observed at first hand the quality of construction and materials that were used, making it the warm, comfortable unit that it is. The village is quiet, safe and well located on the local bus route with a medical practice and large supermarket next door and the town centre is only a few kms up the road. Well trained staff, including nursing, catering, maintenance, admin right up to management are very caring, helpful and approachable – nothing is too much trouble. The residents are a great group of friendly people and new friendships are quickly forged . The village outings and activities are popular and varied, catering for a wide and diverse range of interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Springlands Lifestyle Village to any persons considering making the move into a retirement village. Don’t leave it too late!

Springlands is a brilliant place! Very professional and caring of residents. They have a variety of living accommodation options. Building and grounds very well appointed and maintained. Regular communication especially over difficult Covid periods. An easy recommend!

As residents in a Springlands Lifestyle Villa for over 3 yrs we can state that we have been well satisfied with our decision to move here. Lesley & myself have been at SLV for nearly 18 months. We have never had one day where we wished we were elsewhere. The residents are a very happy and social bunch of like minded people, and Management go well above the call of duty. Nothing is a worry to them. Loving it here. Allan
