After a couple of really poor experiences with brokers when we were living in Christchurch, we were a bit reluctant to try again when we moved to Wellington, even when Nick at Squirrel was recommended. We know why now though and honestly can't speak more highly of him. Every single time we needed him he was there: immediate replies, honest and realistic recommendations, reliable and generally made the whole process of getting our first mortgage stress-free and easy to understand. Made us feel like we were his most important clients. The week we finally got an offer accepted we had a fairly tight turn for finance, so we probably stitched him up a bit, but no complaints he ran with it and got it over the line. There is genuinely no way we would be sitting in our own home now without Nick. If you're looking for a broker, you've found him! Thanks Nick, you absolute legend.

He took the time to walk us through every step of the process for buying our first home - explaining everything in detail & explained common legal jargon, which made the entire house-buying experience so much easier and stress-free. His communication was top-notch, and we always felt informed and supported. Highly recommend!!
