a year agoSupport Net has caused so much mental and emotional pain that will continue for weeks after a support net worker came in and promised my son things with his funding that he can't get. Staff need to ensure they have the correct information before promising neurodiverse kids items.

2 years agoShould be called the unsupportive net. Initially very good support but then tailed off till a letter was sent out on 28 July 2022 stating that home support would be cut back. My wife phoned a week later to say that I was no longer mobile and needed to be in care. Very unsympathetic attitude.

4 years agoGreat place to hrlp teenagers with mental health worries, anxiety etc. My experience had been fantastic and supportive with the docial workers and psychiatrists here. Great relaxing environment to help calm the nerves if needed.
