2 years agoI was approached by a 17 year old Maori alcoholic female. She initially complained of domestic abuse, but later changed her story. Even though it was 6:30 am, the Taranaki Women's Refuge was available. They are available anytime, 24 hours a day. My security cameras, Ring Spotlight cameras, recorded most of the interactions.
