4 years agoMy Son , who has special needs goes to Te Mana for respite care 2 to 3 days a week and a sleep over when required. .He loves going there and refers to the residents as "the kids " and of course loves the delicious food. Te Mana is like one big large happy family, always extremely friendly and welcoming , and they put on some really great parties . Thanks to Sharon and staff for the care you provide , and yes the administrator Jane who is the first point of contact . Diane and Shane

4 years agoI would like to pass on a huge congratulations to the team at TeMana, since having Mum admitted she has become happy, social, going on outings and attending activities which would not have been possible without the kind and genuine staff. They love, look after and encourage her every day . She is so happy and I am regularly updated with her progress. You all deserve a pat in the back . Highly recommend Te Mana

5 years agoMy dad George came into care at Te Mana in January 2020. The level of care he receives is amazing. The staff, Sharon, Marion, Jinu, Pratika and Thomas and all the carers just to name a few are just incredible. I cannot ask for more amazing staff that care for my dad. Everything they do and say is with love , care, empathy and compassion not just for dad but for me also. Its incredibly hard being the only family my dad has and they make everything for me so much easier. If my mum was here she would be incredibly happy with dads level of care. I would not hesitate in recommending Te Mana to anyone that needs this level of care. I am happy to be a verbal reference for anyone that wants to chat to me’ Published on behalf of Claire Brady

4 years agoMy elderly and unwell mother has been in the care of the TeMana staff for a little over two years. The care she received was second to none. The professionalism and tenderness from the nurses was excellent. The quality of food, and general care of her well being was of the best. My brothers and myself are truly thankful and cannot speak more highly of management and staff. I have no hesitation in recommending TeMana Hospital for the elderly loved ones.
