Telford Lifecare & Village

We had to move Dad suddenly a month ago, closer to me but unfortunately away from all he knows. Telford staff have made the move as easy as possible, have been as helpful as possible (they had 2 days notice!) and Dad is already settled and happy. He loves the food immensely and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too hard to sort out. Thank you for all your work and help for us.

Although unfortunately mum in law passed away and did not make it to Telford - Kyla and the team were helpful in every aspect of administration and moving purposes - thank you

Systematic problem with management, high turnover of staff, residents not receiving medication and been given/forced to take medication other than what is prescribed. Lack of medical observation/ care for my mother which resulted in her hospitalisation on more than one occasion. Bullying from staff towards each other the residents and visitors and outings Van has been off the road more than it has been available for a very limited number of residents to enjoy. Other places preferred

cant rate this place more highly. Awesome staff from management, care staff and kitchen. always cheerful and caring towards our mum and visitors, would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Mum is very happy at this Rest Home. Staff are friendly and helpful.
