The Bayview Village

Recently I moved to The Bayview Retirement Village where I have been impressed by the friendliness of the caring staff and residents alike.I have been made to feel very welcome. The facilities here are superb. The very spacious community area includes a cafe with a very competent chef, a bar and areas for relaxation and activities. The pool and spa plus the well equipped gym are facilities that I enjoy. The apartments and villas have stunning views of the estuary across to the Mount and the city. I would be happy to encourage anyone to move here for a safe, enjoyable retirement.

My move to Bayview has been effortless, due to the high standard of professional service, in regards to the sales process and the moving team of Sort My House. Phil & Catherine from The Bayview. Bailey and the team from Sort my House covered every conceivable thing you could think of. I was called away out of town unexpectedly on moving day. I came back to find my new home ready and waiting for me. All moved, unpacked and my new apartment ready to life in. I'm looking forward to my new life at Bayview. ☀️🌼🌸🤩

The best decision that we’ve made to was moving here to Bayview Village apartments. Great views, great staff , great residents, plenty of activities, it’s hard to find time to fit them in. Since Phil has arrived we’re very relieved to find that almost nothing is too much trouble. We thought we were very lucky having Linda as manager but Phil is an excellent replacement

I would firstly say,the attention to detail in every aspect of my buying in Bayview ,(thankyou ,Catherine and Phil),the Sort my Home team and the residents I've met so far are amazing!! Phil,Catherine and Staff ,The Cafe staff, etc couldn't be more professional and caring. The facilities here are incredible, Swimming and Spa pool,Gym,Library, Work Shed, Theater etc. The feeling I have here,is so comfortable and secure . I love my Apartment and look forward to spending many years here. MY FOREVER HOME. I have no hesitation in recommending "The Bayview Village " Bev Long

My Mum recently moved into a Bayview Retirement Village Apartment and we could not be happier with her move. The whole process of her purchasing and moving in was seamless and hassle-free - this was all down to the work behind the scenes that Catherine and her team undertook..The sale transaction was very transparent, our queries were answered quickly and efficiently and we were informed of the progress of the sale every step of the way. The staff are outstanding and really care about the residents which is very reassuring for us as family.
