This is a great place to live in. The staff have been exceptional during the Covid19 pandamic. We have felt safe, cared about, and have only had positive interactions with them, for whom it must have been and still is, a very stressful time. We have been living here for 10 years, and have no regrets whatever. Our families overseas can rest comfortably, knowing we are in the right place, and they don't need to worry about us.

Anyone thinking of moving into a nice low maintenance home may find it right here at The Falls Estate Lifestyle Village. It has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, nice homes, units and apartments. The grounds are well maintained by the friendly and helpful Gardening Team. Village Manager and all Staff members are easy to approach, kind, caring,, understanding and helpful, keeping us regularly well informed. Providing excellent support at all times and during the Levels of COVID-19 - all Health and Safety Requirements are very well managed and strictly adhered to by everyone. It is 18 years since I moved in here and ii is the best decision I have made. Feeling safe and secure - Privacy fully respected - surrounded by kind fellow residents and lovely friends. The Residents Committee organise very good and different Social Events. It is difficult to choose from the great variety of Activities available: Indoor Bowls, Arts and Craft, Men Shed, Country/Folk Music, Card Games, Snooker, Lunchtime Concerts, Movies. Housie, Scrabble, Mah Jong, Village Choir and many more. We have a comprehensive Computer Club, Book and DVD Libraries. Shop, Hair Salon, Gym, Swimming Pool and Spa. Bus stop just outside the Gate and Village Van for Doctor or Hospital appointments if required. Living at the Falls Estate is highly recommended,

While I was building the web site for the Whangarei Falls LIfestyle Retirement Village, I was amazed at how happy the residents were. They felt very secure and all said that the management were wonderful and that they felt secure. It almost made me wish I could move in and retire!
