However, the main issue is with the online ordering system. Many items shown as “available” on the website are actually not in stock, and the delivery timelines displayed (like “within a day” or even “within an hour”) are not accurate in reality. This creates a lot of inconvenience, especially if you’re ordering something you urgently need. I ended up waiting longer than expected for my order (3 days), and had I known this beforehand, I would have gone directly to the store. The website really needs to be updated in real time and should show realistic delivery estimates. I’ve deducted 2 stars only because of the misleading online information — otherwise, the staff themselves are very polite and helpful.
