The Warehouse Bell Block

Terrible customer service. Asked a worker for assistance to help find an item and they pretty much told us to go find it ourselves. Wasn't very impressed as there were 5 workings all standing around.

I was very light headed and feeling like I was going to faint here today and the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and taken care of. From bringing me a seat and a bottle of water from checkout, they kept an eye on me until I was able to leave for home. A huge thank you to all of the staff involved in taking care of me today, I highly appreciate you all

Me and 2 friends were shooting some hoops, security came up to us and said it’s ok to shoot hoops just be careful of your surroundings he left grumpy man from the back told us to leave because we had no parents, we’re very respectful and there was no need to be rude about it. especially because we were getting out of the rain in tending to buy quite a lot of things. last time trying to buy something from here

Richard was absolutely amazing at his customer service, spending much time looking for the product I wanted. Excellent service at the checkout too. Very happy customer 😃

Mostly a pleasant place to peruse & purchase from. Plenty of free parking, definitely preferred store within Taranaki, due to ease of access & more room in actual store. Star lost due to advertised specials often, very often, not being available in store. Online purchasing available, however due to the sheer volume of products, it can prove somewhat time consuming finding what one is looking for. Overall reasonable prices & large variety with helpful staff.
