2 weeks agoTrying to find snap lock bags and command hooks. Asked a lady packing shelves. She told me where to go. I got mostly all but bags. Then went to check out and she was serving. Asked if I'd found my goods. Mostly yes but the snack lock bags. She asked if ok and she will get them. She was helpful just nice to deal with. If not l would have gone somewhere else. 2 months agoWent in to your store last Sunday had awesome service from the three lady's working first thing in the morning had brought some carpet the day before but had run out the staff ordered me another peace of carpet from another store and got it delivered to my address arrived on my doorstep Tuesday morning keep up the amazing work lady's

2 months agoSuch a shame our experience today. Passing through Greymouth as part of our holiday and purchased a number of items. One item was advertised (with yellow sticker on box) of $55 and when through Greymouth and unpacking, we have noticed we have been charged an extra $30- original price. I have called the store and they have informed me that I must return to Greymouth, with the receipt and the sale sticker, to be able to claim a refund in person. I have asked if this can be processed electronically as I can send through copies of receipt and sale ticket as evidence. But, alas, no, the warehouse appears to be behind the times and unable to do this. I have asked if I am to find the time (and gas!) to drive all the way back to Greymouth, for the $30 they have overcharged me, how they are going to compensate me……apparently they won’t. So, no mistake of a customer, but the big corporate wins again! Terrible policy which needs a review to roll with the times and process things that are clearly their error, electronically.
