4 months agoI wouldn't really give Napier warehouse 1 star whoever there manager is needs to lift there game shop dirty and there a cpl of staff that need customer service training asap especially if u have them on the checkouts I have worked in warehouse stores and customers should always come to the checkout and see a smiling face if your staff aren't able to manage that put them somewhere else just saying!!!!

7 months agoThe health of your plants is absolutely shameful. The Wee Cuties and the last few Poisenttia mainly are in desperate need of care and an immediate clearance price! If you refuse to maintain the health of your live plants, don't stock them! I paid full price for a near dead spider plant today in hope I can save it. Full price would have been better if it was healthy but I sure wasn't going to argue and be told you wouldn't reduce it which is why I didn't bother questioning it. You want to sell live plants them provide the care they need! 🤬

10 months agoLove shopping at the warehouse cause their eggs and garlic aioli is cheaper than the supermarket. But there toilet need up grading as the toilet facility is never clean,the toilet paper holder don't have any toilet paper in it they use toilet paper off the shelf and is put on the floor the soap dispenser doesnt work and there was no soap in the toilet for customers to use which is unhygienic the shelf where the toilet paper was put is broken. The baby changeing thing that you change babies on is outside the toilet and has no lock on the door,how are the people meant to change their babies in private when you got someone wanting to use the toilet at the same time not good enough,. The toilet facility in the Hastings warehouse is much more cleaner than Napier's one,that why I don't use Napier warehouse toilet all the time when I am in there I prefer the Hastings warehouse toilets much more nicer for the customers and cleaner no mess in them. If I'm not in a hurry to go to the toilet I prefer to use the ones at the Drs Munroe St. I only use warehouse toilet if I really need to go and can't hold on
