3 weeks agoVery very rude staff, went to return something and as I walked into the store David (I think that’s his name) was sitting on top on the front counter which was not professional what so ever! When help was asked for he wasn’t interested at all but helped unwillingly. Very poor customer service skills

a month agoVery rude staff. Door sensor was triggered by a product I bought from another store in my backpack, so I was pulled aside at the entrance and told to leave it there with no explanation whatsoever. On my way out I asked for it back, and was given a half-assed excuse about having "weapons" in the bag which doesn't make sense as they would not have security tags on them. The man at the door had a very smug, rude attitude as well when I asked for clarification.

7 months agoWorst experience I’ve had today. 14/01 usually very good. Looking for some glue asked team member, pointed and said aisle 6. Didn’t ask what type of glue. Got there and it’s the craft aisle so no good. I’d already spent 10 minutes looking so decided to go to custom services. Got there and the only team member was helping a customer with a web sale. No acknowledgement I was waiting and then second team member arrived and again ignored, waited a couple of minutes and left.

8 months agoOrder click and collect, it shows as in stock and can be picked up after 6pm tomorrow - awesome place order! Email confirmation also states pick up tomorrow. Waiting, waiting - no update and its now 7pm. Online and phone support both close at 6pm so I call the store. Ringing for 35 minutes before I gave up. If you can't process it time then update people so they can make an informed choice

8 months agoWhen shopping a MAN came up to me and asked why I was shop lifting when I had just brought something and came back into the store to look for something he made me turn out my pockets and he FELT around my pockets to make sure I wasn’t. He was also extremely weird to my friend of colour and accusing her of stealing perfume she had in her hand to smell and the other products she was holding. I also went with a couple of my Māori and Indian friends and they kept getting accused and having racial comments thrown at them from the same man and the other male staff. Terrible how racist this community is. He never showed any hate to any of the males and whites. Disgraceful
