a week agoExtremely disappointed with the service here. I attempted to get assistance from three different staff members and was completely ignored each time, as if I wasn’t even there. I approached each one politely, saying, “Excuse me, could you help me with something?” and every time, I was looked at, then disregarded and walked away from. I ended up putting everything back and leaving the store. It honestly felt like I was invisible. How do you decide who gets helped? Based on looks, age, style? I’m genuinely confused about what I did wrong to be treated like that. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

3 months agoLove The Warehouse at Trafalgar Square! Always super easy to find what you need, and the prices are hard to beat. The store’s clean, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly. It’s one of those places you can pop into for one thing and leave with a trolley full — in the best way. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Whanganui!

a month agoToday we bought a Samsung TV and curtains. Store manager (Mel?) couldn't have been more helpful. The partner coy couldn't supply an advertised special, but The Warehouse could and even metched the price! The self serve checkouts were very very busy, supervisors kept on their toes helping as required, always with a 😃 smile. Thank you Warehouse Whanganui for your help and patience.

2 months agoService is absolutely appalling, staff are very rude and unhelpful. would not recommend going if you need help finding something. First time ever being there and service was the worst i’ve ever experienced
