a week agoThe interactions I've had with Nurses and Doctors has always been great. They have always given me fabulous medical care and advice, so I wish I could give more than 2 stars. However, the service and conversations I've received from reception when trying to ring about issues with my prescription, have left me wondering if I want to continue using Three Rivers medical. It shouldn't be so hard to organise correct prescriptions. To be cut off before I've finished explaining my concern and abruptly told I was wrong, when I know what my prescription is, is not on.

3 months agoI went for an consultation and was told to start a week of antibiotics before the test results came back. I had missed call from them, and called back immediately after, and calling 4 working days in a row, only speaking with receptionist and no results given to me at all. After pushing for 6 days I reached a nice nurse who had to tell me that all my tests were negative and I had taken antibiotics and other medications for no reason whatsoever. Harmed my body with unnecessary medication. I’m not happy with my treatment and follow up which I paid $90 for:(

a month agoWorst customer service ive ever experienced. Charged me for three appointments, one I was clearly told I wouldnt be charged for, the other two a conversation at the front desk and a five minute chat on the phone. All times Ive queried this have been met with anger and frustration by staff. They have wasted massive amounts of my time and resources. clearly have something wrong with the culture and systems. Do not waste your time here

7 months agoSo far my experience at this hospital has been good. The reception staff, the nurses, and doctors have been nice, accommodating, and helpful. The wait time doesn’t take too long and should it, they will inform you and call you instead so as not to waste your time. The only critique I have is their manage my health app. It sucks. I cant find what I need to do on there such as messaging the hosp, scheduling, or asking for a prescription. I might as well just call the hotline or go to the hosp as it’s faster.

4 months agoI have consulted with Dr Reya Al Nabhani, a good doctor I have seen in New Zealand. Her politeness and smiling face will cure half of our health issue. Her compassion towards her job makes the patient comfortable and happy. “A good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.” – William Osler.Thank you Dr Reya
