The ladies at the front desk are always nice but busy. The ladies going around the shop anit so nice and friendly. The prices can seem greedy and I wonder how much they actually donate to charity? You can still find some good bargains though. They have upped their prices in recent times with Baby clothes now $1 and a $5 children's rack where children's was $1 and babies 50c. It's either too hot or too cold

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time end of the day ,....Closing at 5:20pm actually means you'll be asked/told (quite rudely) to leave at 5:15 even if you don't have anything to buy or need to go to the counter and there's a cue at the counter and you'd have to wait anyway. Don't expect charity or even like a proper store where they ask if you need help finding something to help you get out. I drove an hr to get there, went in for some shoes as mine were almost falling off my feet. Couldn't find anything suitable :( have experienced nice staff before tho....maybe it's just the luck of the drawer.

My family have been shopping and donating to this store for years. Today we filled up a clothing bin and went inside to see if we could purchase anything. I ended up putting back an armful of clothes as the rude employee with blonde/pink hair doing the coat hangers told my grown son off for touching a coat hanger with his fingertip, off her rack as he walked past, it was against the rack we were viewing. She was clearly already not in a good mood on entering the shop and seemed annoyed to be there. Highly disappointed and put everything back and left.

Always find what I'm looking for here at Toffs and have scored so many sensational gems here, true diamonds indeed :-)....these snazzy ties are for University Challenge themed quiz night, to go along with gawdy woolen brown 3 piece suits!

This is a good place to source clothes, they have a handbag section but almost every time I go it’s empty! I think it needs to be filled more :)
