Treeline Native Nursery

After checking on line for opening hours I drove 30 minutes to get there only to find a small notice in the fence that from 1 November going there is by appointment only with at least 1 days notice. I phoned and got voicemail with message stating different hours to those on advertised on google and the fence - nothing about having to make an appointment so even if I had rung before going I would have been none the wiser! Very annoyed - a lot of time wasted and has completely changed my opinion after having had great service and spending thousands only last year. That’s me done - plant shopping elsewhere.

I am pleased to report that Caroline picked up on my review quickly and has gone out of her way to put things right. She has restored my faith!

I never felt that you just wanted things to be over even though my order was not huge. I found the nursery to be well organized and running extremely smooth.
