2 months agoFabulous service, delivery and fruit. We sent a fruit box to a family member in hospital and it was delivered so fast the box damn well nearly was smoking! He loved the fruit and also how the extra goodies were all NZ made. Big ups to Twisted Citrus - will definitely use them again.

4 months agoI ordered a box for my friend's birthday. Before ordering the box, I was not sure about everything, size, quantity, delivery, etc, and sent emails a few times. And their response was amazing. Prompt, kindness, and detailed. Especially Yoko is an asset! Today, my friend said it is amazing qualities and every single fruits are absolutely beautiful. 4 months agoReceived my first fruit box today.Delivery was super quick.The fruit are absolutely delicious and the few pantry items I ordered are amazing.I left Gisborne almost 30yrs ago so this is my little taste of home.Wish I had of ordered years ago.Im very happy and will definitely be ordering again thank you.

6 months agoI’ve been ordering from Twisted Citrus since August 22, not once have I been let down. Communication is prompt and nothing is a hassle! You were completely accommodating when on Waitangi weekend I was visiting Gisborne and requested if I could pick up my fortnightly order in person! No problem along with finding me some beautiful plums which have been turned into 10 gorgeous jars of jam! Also the beautiful bag of fruit you gave my grand daughter was very generous! I recommend you to all, your fruit is freshly picked and lasts 2-3 weeks in the fridge , I bring a supply out daily into the fruit bowl.

7 months agoI have ordered a few fruit boxes from Twisted Citrus and the quality has always been excellent. Their customer service is also very good. The one time we had a problem, due to issues with NZ Post, I contacted Twisted Citrus and they promptly sorted it for me.
