Ultimate Care Oakland

My Dad Ian Harvey was placed in care , we didnt know how long he was going to be there. I have no words to express the care and love the staff showed us. We stayed with Dad for a few nights and they cared for all of us non stop. They are incredible and just the little touches of care was so unexpected . Thankyou so much

My Mum was here for approx 5 months with dementia, staff tried with limited resources, shame on the owners for not providing funds to fix holes in the wall & no time for staff to even feed or provide fluids when my Mum couldn't do it herself , no gardens to take the poor dementia patients to enjoy their final days , inadequate care 😢 so so sad , if I could give no stars I would & I'm a nurse myself , don't start me on the disgusting meals that probably equate to $5 a day yet privately paid near $2000 a week , avoid this home for your loved ones

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We put my father in law in Ultimate Care Oakland for respite care. He was there 6 hours and we pulled him out. He was left with no water, no seat, no access to his walker and no visits from any care giver for hours at a time and his dinner was mostly bits of white toast and a tiny (2 soup spoons) of green soup. They even misled us about assessing him. Ultimate Care it certainly isn’t. Do not put any member of your family in this place.

Mum was extremely well cared for with very caring staff and residents supporting her. It might present as an old environment but who works there and how well they care is what matters.

Really disappointed with trying to contact my aunt .Have got thru to nurses station and leavt three messages to ring me back when a time is good and never get a reply
