7 years agoMy father-in-law is staying here. A beautiful quiet location. Wrap around decks, light inviting with practical functional bedrooms. Lovely open dining area, Friendly staff. He just had sky installed to continue watching the league. Excellent facility. Lots to do too.

5 years agoDo not send your loved ones here! My father was physically abused in hospital care level at this facility! We wish we had never put him there and I will always feel gutted that we ever did 😭

7 years agoMum has been here for a while now.....not happy....she fell and broke her hip whilst here.no one from ranburn called us to inform us....she fell on Thursday 22 Feb 2018....ended up in whangarei hospital,And it was the hospital itself that rang to let us know on the FRIDAY....ONE DAY LATER...so poor mum laying there all day with none of us even knowing! RANBURN THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.....SO ANGRY AND UPSET....DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

a year agoDo not send your loved ones here, poor quality of care considering they pay so much they neglect there patients absolutely disgusted in the care my grandparents received.
