a year agoGreat visit to Vetro today. Super happy with a new find - this slow cooked brisket. It was a long day in the city. I got home and cooked a gorgeous risotto in the Thermomix and added this lovely, tasty, soft meat into it. Very happy with dinner tonight.

7 years agoThis is a fantastic store chock full of food items from all over the world (not just the Mediterranean). Lots of stuff here that the mainstream grocery stores don't carry but are often called for in recipes. Tip: they have a good selection of nuts, and their roasted pistachios are incredible.
