a year agoLooking for other options, you should too! Services aren’t being delivered. My nana is supposed to be seen twice a day, one week we recorded 8 missed visits. She needs medication that is not being given to her? There is recorded evidence of medicine being throwing out when they miss a visit. Awful, appalling and will be making a complaint to the DHB or whomever else will listen.

a year agoAwful to deal with cancellations without reparation. The girl who did come however was excellent. If they had been reliable we would have continued. ...but no more. Feel ripped off.

2 years agoVery disappointed in the care I have been receiving lately. The usual lady who comes once a fortnight for two hours hours cleaning has been unwell and the ladies that have been sent to replace her have been anything but efficient. One could not, or would not vacuum. The most annoying thing is that I am not notified that there will, or will not, be a replacement until it’s almost time for my cleaner to arrive.

2 years agoContinuous no shows of carers some stories from communty. Prior to covid or floods this was happening. Assessors do not do a correct assessment as either don't understand the needs as explained. I am writing this o behalf of Tauranga elderly who cannot speak for themselves. Overhaul of management is needed.
