2 months agoThis is the most disorganised organisation I have ever had to use. You never knew when and who was arriving, not even the days. Didn't consult with us before changes were made and I had to terminate their visits before they drove me insane. Most stressful and inconsiderate to one needs. Avoid at all costs.

2 years agoAn absolutely appalling outfit. Unprofessional and disorganised. Be very careful before choosing to use these people. Frequent no shows despite client being reliant. Change care times without consideration of clients needs or other care that is in place. Calls about non attendance of caregiver 40 minutes after they are due. Confused coordinators who despite being told 3 times that I was NOT one of their caregivers and they had the wrong number continued to give instruction. Often they do not realise that they have no caregiver rostered to attend and only realise when you call to ask where they are. No continuity or care. No amount of contact re issues brings about any improvement. The two regular caregivers we are lucky enough to have we will always be grateful for as they are amazing but the organisation is sadly lacking. Think very carefully before entrusting the care of your loved ones to these people. When your regulars are sick or absent be very alert as they are negligent and disorganised and there is a high likelihood that no one will attend

4 years agoHeard good things about them from a friend, but their scheduling is extremely inconsistent and people change times with little or no warning. Also very rigid, refuse to do ANY home help when their client is in hospital, regardless of a recent diagnosis of severe debility on the part of the client's wife. Like their intent, dislike the implementation.

2 years agoI have a friend who is a client of this agency. One of the Carers?,arrived and due to the failure of this agency to make the worker wear PPE GEAR AND A MASK! SHE CONTRACTED COVID for a second time! The carer was unwell, yet continued to go to clients, thus breaching the mandatory health order. And refused to have a covid test after my friend tested positive. This carer ?, is rude, unempathetical, nosey and treats my friend like dirt and is extremely unprofessional. She needs assistance in Personal Cares as she is a falls risk! And she gets excuses oh we cant find anyone. They are sick. You get funding for each individual client, so why dont you fulfill your contract and send the client a carer! The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never heard of this agency before and it sounds terrible. Steer clear. I have advised my friend to change agencies.

4 years agoThis provider of supposed cares and home support are an absolute waste of time and resources. They never listen to their clients and they also provide carers that have NO IDEA on how to do anything they are required to do. My personal cares are not being done due to the fact they want me to have it done at dinnertime. No matter how many times they have it explained to them that this is not convenient for me, the message just doesn't get through. I'm now just over it.
