2 years agoWell done Ngaruawahia Council for the care and maintenance of the cemetery on the main road. I was absolutely stunned to see that so much care had been taken of the graves, plaques and lawns in general. Thank you so very very much. John Forrest.

2 years agoAbsolutley disgusted that you had the cheek to charge us a late fee on the rates for end of Jan for my late mothers property who ònly passed away end of November and we were two days late paying her rates that we scrimped around finding the money to pay, we could of made you wait for payment for until probate. Wheres your compassion???

6 years agoI have been in on two different occasions now trying to figure out concents and permits for property's I'm looking to buy and both times I have had the best service. I wish I had got the names of the two women I dealt with because they were amazing and went out of their way to help me out. I have worked in customer service for 9 years so I know what good service looks like and these ladies were fantastic. Well done to the team there.

5 years agoThe biggest thanks to our council for attending to the sinking road side out side of Queen Street property. It was dealt to and all upper Queen street Road users are now conscious of why they had to take wide births while passing cars parked outside on the kerbside. Also for the signage addressing our ever growing 'freedom campers'. this has not stopped but has slowed down the numbers. I look forward to the work yet to be completed on Pukeiahua and hope the weed contracters have enforced safer measures for the use of chemicals around the public as well as themselves. Cheers Ngaruawahia District Council.
