Really great company in Nelson that is family owned and operated. Honest and trustworthy business with a vast knowledge in nurseries that provides excellent trees and shrubs. Would recommend to anyone.

It looks like many of the reviews are from employees that have a chip on their shoulder from having to do some actual work, or from not being employed. I've only ever experienced (and heard) great things about Waimea Nursery's plants and service. Hope this review helps anyone actually wanting to know about dealing with them.

Grafting onto Diseased rootstock, and using contaminated canka, fireblight and borer, fruit trees youngings, watershoots, and rootrot and selling it, is bad business. The trees came from this nursery, your bad business or staff is selling contaminated products!!! Karma do your thing to this nursery! This business has been doing this awhile now. My boss is a humble man, he won't complain to yous, and still buys your rubbish. We are looking at other nurseries. I hope you fix this bad actions, cause you have been good in the pass, my boss says. But our young plants he purchased from yous, are sick as, canka, Blight, and woodworm, are in most of the trees, sad sad sad.
