4 years agoThe best layout hospice shop we’ve ever been too. Everything nicely presented & easy to see. Very well thought out & staff friendly and helpful. Easy to find sizes & no musty smells. Recommended. A+++

4 years agoThis is an excellent shop mainly because so much effort has gone into layout I.e. I was looking for a white jug and there they were all the different types of jug you could imagine. Also clothing set out in sizes too. Helpful cheery ladies on the front counter. Best of all you have to see the maniquin in the front window. Just fabulous totally eye catching someone had a huge amount of fun dressing it! I took a photo but it doesn't do it justice!

4 years agoMy review of this shop is long overdue. We lost my Dad last July and my Mum on New Years Day. Both my parents have been strong supporters of charity shops over the years and my Mum had a history of donating to the Katikati Hospice Shop. My Brother and I found ourselves in a situation where we needed to clear out their Villa in a short space of time and neither of us had much room for the remains of their estate. As difficult as it was to let go of many of their beloved items, Marilyn (the shop manager) made things so easy for us and Danielle in dispatch was so straight forward to deal with as well. I also met many of their team over the course of about 10 days as they helped us remove as much as possible for resale. Both of my parents were looked after in their last days by the main hospice out at Waipuna and I know they would have been proud that their cherished items would be onsold to be loved by others in the years to come. Thank you so much to Marilyn and the team for helping us when you did. Having lost both of our Parents so quickly was difficult and you helped so much. You have an amazing shop. All the very best for the future, Mike. 😊👍
