I Understand they are volunteers but PEOPLE WON'T LISTEN AND CANNOT UNDERSTAND MY QUESTION, THEY CANNOT EVEN STICK TO THEIR ANSWERS AND EXPIATIONS, First of all it's my question so let me finish explaining then give me answers or make me understand rather than telling me several time that you should have been going home this time and checking your watch every second. They are not rude but TOTAL TIME WASTERS (wasted my time and theirs). Spending 45mins just for simple question and defending the company which is corrupted!! This could have been better NOT HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE AND THEIR ATTITUDE.

Will never use this service ever again! I went there for help. The manager went behind my back and contacted the people I was dealing with. They denied this of course! They didn't believe what I was complaining about yet the business I was referring to had ripped other people off aswell, to which one complaint ended up in the newspaper. They supported the "corrupt" business and pretended they were helping me! I told the Manager exactly what I thought of her and of course she kept denying it! THIS PLACE IS MENT TO HELP PEOPLE NOT GO BEHIND THERE BACKS TO HELP DODGY BUSINESS OWNERS!!!!
