2 weeks agoIndian girl at the counter is always rude. Tried saying hello, but no reply, no hello, no thank you. This is my last time here, enough. I would better walk farther to New world. Woolworths if you really care for customers, please check other reviews about the same girl.

2 weeks agoAwesome team there. I had a Click and Collect which went wrong. My cold stuff (cheese, milk, etc.) hadn't been left by the driver and so the staff member (so sorry I didn't get your name dude) a) picked it up, I was about to leave with my styff; b) took me around the store to get what I had ordered. There were a couple of things that weren't available but he was realy cool about my suggested substitutions so I came away pretty happy. It is my regular store so it's always good to feel very welcomed.
