2 weeks agoPerfect! We loved everything about this store. Well-organised, clean, and offering a great selection of fresh, local products. Shopping here was a real pleasure.

a week agoParking is terrible here- we went on a Sunday afternoon and found hardly any parking and the parks we did find were not suitable for a ute. Very tight fit. Maybe other days are fine but not this day. Otherwise no different to other supermarkets

a month agoVisited first time at this store at 12pm, store is like other Woolworth stores, good. But staff at self check out- indian girl, very rude and bad behavior. Will think twice to visit this store again, also informed about the incident to lady at lotto counter and she apologies though

5 months agoMy auntie and I went in to get our weekly grocery shop and we were using the self serve, I noticed the Indian lady was solely focused on my auntie and watching her like a hawk but the minute we needed assistance she vanished very quickly and kept us waiting to the point where the checkout supervisor had to assist us instead. I found this to be very poor customer service on her end. Thank you.

4 months agowe came Kate due to a change of plans over the full day, my brother in law tried to nip back just for something small. Parris yelled at him and spoke to him extremely rudely, attracting attention and making the whole situation much more dramatic than it needed to be. I understand you want to close the store and we checked out literally 2 minutes before close, but that doesn't mean your respect for us goes out the window. there are kinder ways to respond to someone if it's not protocol for you to let them nip out and grab something they forgot. yelling at customers was so disrespectful and extremely out of line.
