Woolworths Hastings

Poor service. It's 6pm on a weekday and only one checkout open to serve a long line of people who like me came in after work to face a long line of ppl with full trolleys. Be good if they could call on staff off the floor to help when such a line up occurs.

I would like to share some feedback in the hope of helping improve the shopping experience. Firstly, I’ve noticed that many of the staff members seem unenthusiastic and lack energy when interacting with customers. A friendlier and more welcoming attitude would make a big difference. Secondly, I often visit the supermarket after work, and I’ve found that many meat products are already sold out by then. It would be great if you could consider restocking more frequently or ensuring better availability of fresh items in the evening.

Me my husband and my daughter were standing at the checkout and he moved a trolley. The check out lady who's name I have, decided to raise her voice at my husband for moving the trolley. It's unprofessional to treat clients in that way. Should really train employees on what customer service is.

Good variety of products. Bit pricey tho. Unless products are on special and you use your rewards app. Couldn't see a toilet on site ? 🚻
