Great supermarket, easy to find items needed. Approachable and friendly staff. Good parking and it has an electric car charging station Awesome location, next to Sushi store and petrol station across.

Our regular shopping destination. Recently refreshed and it flows smoothly. Really nice staff who are appreciated. We are happy with the parking also.

Not customer-focussed at all - often not enough checkout operators open (2-3 when I've been) and barely seen the 'less than 12 items' one manned. Forces people to use the self-checkout instead. I dislike that people's jobs are being lost to machines, and customers get less service. I imagine it's especially a pain for the elderly, people with families to shop for, and people shopping with young kids or babies - who make up a large part of our community here in richmond. No ability to request products as locals - we only have access to products and brands that are decided upon by management in auckland. Even the local manager told me they'd could not suggest products that would sell to the local customers. After putting 2 local supermarkets out of business that catered to us locals, I feel like this is a business that has planted itself here and is using the population for its own profit with no consideration for serving the local needs - not in terms of products, or local employment and management.

Direct to boot? Don't think your staff understand this concept! Never once when I've picked up! They push trolley out and run away! Can't follow simple instructions on orders! I get orders put in banana boxes for rural courier to collect if I'm not in town. I've even had 1 pack of multi chips in a banana box, with nothing else! No amount of complaints fixes this! I've even had a bag separate, saying on it, 'Put In Box'! Just hopeless! Not shopping there anymore! New World and Pak n Save actually help load groceries!

Great local supermarket. Car parking can be an issue as so many reserved for low emission vehicles.
