The staff are friendly enough; however, if you do not want your soft foods crushed, go to self-checkout and pack it yourself. Over the past few visits, I have noticed a consistent lack of care when packing groceries — heavy items placed on top of soft ones, bread and chips grabbed carelessly and crushed. I appreciate the warm service, but more attention to packing would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

Went to pick our order up today, came home to unpack it, to find all my frozen goods were missing, called the store straight away to let the online team know I had missing items, the lady on the phone was so rude, to deal with she made me feel like I wasn't being honest. She kept cutting me off. And in a very rude manner, she asks me " are you coming back tonight? Or will it be tomorrow. There was no apologie for the mistake. No apologies for the inconvenience that was caused !!! So disappointed to be treated like this !! So rude !!

Good availability of products, great layout, friendly staff, lots of parking. We love doing our shopping here… Anya is a superstar!

Silliest shopping experience. Couldn’t convince them to take my money. I went on a whim to buy ice cream because I saw online it was on sale. Once there, I learn it’s an online sale only and the manager wouldn’t sell me the ice cream at the online sale price. I could order it online however they wouldn’t let me pick it up till tomorrow!! So I left behind the ice cream and my other impulse buys. $50 countdown didn’t get from me. How silly! Won’t go back.

Clean and well stocked shelves..multiple choices at the deli. Excellent parking spaces.
