a month agoFalse Timings published on internet for Thursday (03/07/25), was supposed to be open till 9:30PM. However, they have closed it at 9PM, being a big brand in NZ would expect punctuality in operation timings. Appreciate if you could update your opening hours on Google!!

a month agoSeveral times, while shopping at this branch, I have watched thieves full their bag with booze and walk out without paying. They is no deterent for these low life. I realise the staff are unable to physically stop these people but, maybe yelling at them and making it known to them that they have been seen and filmed would make it less desirable for them to try again. But instead, the staff turn a blind and therefore encourage that behavior. This then means more and more will come into the store and steal, and that is why I won't shop there again. It is unsafe to be surrounded by criminals and low life whilst shopping. Get a grip Woolworths, and do something about this. I'll be shopping at safer New World stores from now on.
